Patch 4.0.6
Patch 4.0.6 byl prvním "větším" patchem, který se chystal na nasazení do hry po vydání datadisku Cataclysm. Jeho hlavním smyslem bylo lepší vybalancování hry a přinesl proto různé malé změny pro některá povolání apod.
Patch 4.0.3a
Patch 4.0.3a přinesl event The Shattering a změnil svět k nepoznání. Nešlo však pouze o lokace, s příchodem tohoto patche šlo hrát za nové kombinace ras a povolání a celkově toho tento patch měnil opravdu hodně.
